Our MISSION is to provide Humane Education to the public about Animal Care & Welfare Issues and to promote an attitude of  "NO MORE HOMELESS PETS" in the community. 

Who We Are & How You Can Help

This organization was started because of my passion for animals. It is run entirely with the help of volunteers. We are dedicated to Humane Education as there is a great need for changing the animal world and for finding good homes for companion animals.

During our first 5 months in existence, Tails of Hope Rescue placed over 34 dogs into furr-ever homes. Our adoption program expanded in May-2009 to include Union, Stanly, and Cabarrus counties. Together we can ALL make a difference!

We know we can't save them all, BUT with your help we can save one more ... every one more we save is one less that lives in a bad situation or perishes in a shelter, possibly losing its life in a gas chamber. By refusing to buy animals from pet stores and instead adopting from a local shelter or rescue group you are helping to reduce the pet overpopulation and helping to ensure animals are treated humanely! So many animals sit in shelters waiting to find new homes, not knowing what they did to end up there. Adopt, Spay & Neuter, and Remember your pets are family members for life!!
